Процедура Вынесения Вердикта Присяжными Заседателями: Единогласное Решение Или Голосование?

Abstract

В статье произведен анализ норм Уголовно-процессуального кодекса РФ и научных разработок, касающихся правил совещания и голосования присяжных заседателей во время вынесения вердикта. Также дан краткий обзор законодательств некоторых зарубежных стран, регламентирующих данный аспект. Предлагается авторская модель проведения голосования присяжных.
