Толкование Условий Договора И Правовых Норм, Регулирующих Договорные Отношения

Abstract

Статья посвящена актуальным вопросам судебной практики, возникающим по поводу договорных споров. Развитие гражданско-правового оборота ставит перед юристами и судьями проблемы в области толкования договора и правильного разрешения споров между сторонами, участвующими в нем, а также иными заинтересованными лицами. В статье на теоретическом уровне с использованием работ известных российских юристов и современной судебной практики дана оценка критериям толкования, соотношению договора и закона.
