Abstract

Конституция Российской Федерации провозглашает Российскую Федерацию Россию демократическим федеративным правовым государством с республиканской формой правления. Становление правового государства неразрывно связано с динамичным и гармоничным развитием институтов, гарантирующих правовую охрану Конституции и эффективно защищающих основы конституционного строя. Правовая охрана Основного закона охватывает целую совокупность юридических средств, при помощи которых обеспечивается выполнение норм Конституции и соблюдение режима конституционной законности. Ведущую роль здесь играет специализированный конституционный контроль. В данной статье раскрываются понятие и некоторые особенности специализированного органа конституционного контроля.
