Abstract

Статья посвящена анализу административно-правовых основ реорганизации городского управления в России на рубеже XVIII-XIX вв. Рассмотрев крупнейшие нормативно-правовые акты царствования Павла I, посвященные реорганизации городского управления, автор выявила логику и принципы административно-правовой реформы этой эпохи и показала особенности ее реализации на примере реорганизации городского управления.
