Abstract

В статье раскрываются некоторые аспекты приказа народного Комиссара Обороны СССР И.В. Сталина № 227 от 28 июля 1942 г., посвященные созданию и деятельности штрафных рот, батальонов и заградительных отрядов. Дается оценка вклада этих формирований в достижение победы в войне, обосновывается жесткость приказа и необходимость его издания.
