Abstract

Статья посвящена анализу и показу структуры организованной преступности и преступной деятельности, которые не могут успешно функционировать без надлежащей управленческой деятельности. В статье дается характеристика организованной преступной деятельности в криминалистическом аспекте как системы деятельностной со специфической структурой организации управления.
