Abstract

Социально-экономические изменения в российском государстве влекут за собой трансформацию общества. Современная социологическая наука пытается фиксировать и анализировать эти изменения. Одной из актуальных проблем социологии является изучение социального потенциала, поскольку социальный потенциал это характеристика не только имеющихся в наличии, но и будущих возможностей развития общества. Изменение ориентиров общественного развития, критериев социального прогресса, способов достижения общественных целей меняет представление о значении социального потенциала, которое способно обеспечить это развитие.
