Abstract

В связи с переходом отечественной экономики к рыночным формам хозяйствования возникла необходимость в изменении форм и методов ведения производственной деятельности организаций агропромышленного комплекса. Серьезные институциональные изменения в сфере управления, неполное и неточное выполнение требований рыночных законов привели к снижению объемов сельскохозяйственной продукции при одновременном увеличении затрат на ее производство, в связи с чем остро встал вопрос о повышении его эффективности. Так как прежние формы и методы уже не работают, необходимо применение новых методов управления деятельностью предприятий и организаций АПК, адаптированных к рыночным отношениям, строго учитывающих природно-экономические условия при разумном использовании основных факторов производства.
