Abstract

В статье рассматриваются малоисследованные в науке уголовного права понятия как компьютерная информация, соотношение сведений и информации, а также их носителей. Авторы анализируют природу отчуждения информации, отмечают такую особенность компьютерной информации как отсутствие таких понятий как подлинник и копия; отмечают сложность в определении стоимости информации. Авторы указывают, что недостаточно разработаны и этические нормы в информационной сфере, а также сложности в решении вопросов и оценки действий субъектов преступлений в лане их противоправности.
