Инвестиционная Активность: Сущность, Оценка И Анализ Влияния На Социально-Экономическое Развитие Региона

Abstract

В статье представлены итоги исследования природы региональной инвестиционной активности. Актуальность темы обусловлена необходимостью ревизии и уточнения ряда теоретических положений относительно влияния инвестиций на социально-экономическое развитие регионов в новых условиях в условиях становления постиндустриальной экономики и усиления международной экономической интеграции. Региональная инвестиционная активность, по мнению автора, есть взаимосвязь и динамика размера и структуры инвестиций в экономику региона, их источников и результатов. Автором усовершенствованы методики, во-первых, оценки региональной инвестиционной активности, во-вторых, анализа влияния инвестиционной активности на социально-экономическое развитие региона.
