Abstract

В статье рассматривается теоретический аспект качества услуг как одного из ключевых и актуальных факторов повышения уровня обслуживания и эффективности производства гостиничных услуг, а также развития конкурентоспособности предприятий в сфере гостеприимства. Отмечается специфичность содержания качества услуг и качество сервиса. Рассматриваются основные показатели качества услуг в сфере гостеприимства, определяются основные направления совершенствования системы качества на предприятиях гостеприимства.
