Abstract

На современном этапе особенно важен дифференцированный подход к решению конкретных экономических задач в зависимости от возможностей и особенностей каждого региона. Только строгий всесторонний учет всех природно-экономических, институциональных, демографических, экологических и иных условий и особенностей различных регионов под углом зрения развития и повышения конкурентоспособности экономики России дает возможность разумно сочетать решение основных задач подъема экономики и рационального использования ресурсов с повышением жизненного уровня населения регионов России.
