Условия Гражданско-Правового Договора: Понятие, Виды, Значение

Abstract

В статье анализируются традиционные для цивилистики классификации условий гражданско-правовых договоров, при этом особое внимание уделяется делению существенных условий договора на различные группы. Отдельно рассматривается предмет договора как индивидуализирующее существенное условие. Предлагается авторская классификация условий договора.
