Abstract

Статья посвящена анализу Федерального закона от 30 июня 2006 года № 90-ФЗ, которым в статью 57 ТК РФ («Содержание трудового договора») внесены поправки относительно классификации условий трудового договора, сведений о работнике и работодателе, заключивших трудовой договор. Вносятся предложения об уточнении отдельных условий трудового договора.
