Синергетический Подход Как Главная Инновация В Управлении Экономикой России

Abstract

В настоящее время в российской экономике наблюдается переход к новой системе управления, который должен обеспечить рост эффективности производства и достижения социального прогресса. Этот переход связан с реализацией двух составляющих синергетического механизма эволюции социально-экономических систем организационной и самоорганизационной. Однако в современной политике российского реформизма наблюдается явный перекос в сторону организационной составляющей, в ущерб самоорганизационной, что порождает множество неадекватных проектов и решений, принимаемых руководством страны. Синергетический подход, предлагаемый в данной статье, позволяет сбалансировать механизм управления экономикой России и вывести ее на новый уровень развития.
