Рациональное Пользование Недрами При Разработке Газовых (Газоконденсатных) Месторождений: Вопросы Правового Обеспечения

Abstract

В соответствии с законодательством о недрах изложены основные требования по рациональному использованию и охране недр. Определено, что выполнение установленных требований должно обеспечиваться нормами технического законодательства. На основе анализа действующих норм в сфере регламентации, в частности, таких процессов как проектирование разработки и обустройства газовых и газоконденсатных месторождений, определена специфика правового обеспечения рационального пользования недрами при осуществлении хозяйственной деятельности. Определены задачи правового обеспечения рационального пользования недрами, сформулированы предложения по совершенствованию законодательства.
