Проблемы Регулирования Рынка Коллективных Инвестиций России В Условиях Финансового Кризиса

Abstract

На текущий момент Банк России стал мегарегулятором финансового рынка России, что открывает новые возможности и перспективы для развития, с одной стороны, с другой возникает полная монополизация контроля и надзора за его участниками. Автор статьи описывает актуальные проблемы регулирования рынка коллективных инвестиций, опираясь на существующую практику деятельности управляющих компаний. Анализируя ситуацию с точки зрения защиты интересов инвестора, а также для целей развития данного сектора экономики он предлагает сместить акценты в тиков в сфере профессионального и доверительного управления для выработки оптимальных решений существующих проблем финансового рынка, а также для создания прозрачной и здоровой экономической среды его деятельности. Направляя усилия на развитие инновационных инструментов коллективного инвестирования, можно добиться существенный успехов в преодолении кризисных явлений в финансовом секторе экономики.
