Abstract

Понятие устойчивого развития является важной характеристикой процесса управления для экономических систем различного уровня, которая определяет наиболее предпочтительную стратегию управления развитием длительный устойчивый рост по всем бизнес-направлениям экономических систем. В литературе по проблематике устойчивого развития имеется достаточно исследований по эволюции проблемы, задачам управления развитием, обеспечению устойчивости и пр. Однако, не все компоненты данной категории определены во взаимосвязи с управляющими процедурами и требуемыми параметрами процесса. В статье рассматриваются проблемы управления процессами изменений в экономических системах. В процессе управления устойчивым развитием возникает проблема выявления компонент данного процесса и выявления их областей определения. В статье анализируются подходы к формированию стратегии развития экономических систем, систематизированы основные факторы и методы процесса развития, что необходимо для разработки портфеля стратегии устойчивого развития экономических систем.
