Abstract

Предметом исследования являются особенности ресурсных компаний, расположенных в Арктической зоне Российской Федерации (АЗРФ). К основным результатам исследования можно отнести обоснование востребованности продукции арктических минерально-сырьевых корпораций и сохранение уровня их капитализации даже в условиях «санкционной» политики Запада. Основной областью применения полученных результатов выступает формирование промышленной политики ресурсных корпораций, в том числе на региональном уровне. В основе промышленной политики АЗРФ должны лежать принципы стратегического импортозамещения. При этом арктические ресурсные корпорации могут оказаться, в том числе в ходе реализации арктических мегапроектов на принципах государственно-частного партнерства, «локомотивом» инновационной динамики экономики.
