Abstract

Статья посвящена всестороннему рассмотрению и характеристике целей и задач многоуровневого внутреннего контроля, осуществляемого в Банке России, порядку осуществления и построения внутреннего контроля, в статье прослеживается взаимосвязь целей и компонентов внутреннего контроля, анализируется контрольная среда как одна из основных компонент внутреннего контроля, подробным образом изложены полномочия субъектов внутреннего контроля. Внимание уделяется рассмотрению контроля как функции управления, приводится развернутый перечень принципов построения внутреннего контроля и его видов предварительного, текущего и последующего.
