Abstract

Статья раскрывает возможности реализации инновационного потенциала всех участников такой новой формы и организационной структуры образовательной организации как кластер. Целью данной публикации является анализ содержательной и практической сторон образовательного кластера, а задачи связаны с конкретизацией понятия образовательного кластера, раскрытием наиболее характерных черт и значимых элементов, изучением лучших практик строительства образовательных кластеров. Эмпирический анализ и экспертные оценки позволили сделать вывод об устойчивости кластера как формы развития комплексов образовательных организаций и «средовых» организаций, создающих условия для реализации инновационных образовательных услуг. Именно кластер позволяет воспользоваться инновационной (сетевой) формой взаимодействия ДОО, государственных и негосударственных общеобразовательных организаций, организаций досуга, культуры, спорта Москвы, регионов страны, России в целом.
