Целевое Обеспечение Ресурсами Инновационных Проектов

Abstract

В статье даны краткие ответы на три основных вопроса при рассмотрении ресурсов для инновационных проектов в инновационной экономике: 1) какие ресурсы нужны для реализации инновационного проекта; 2) где взять необходимые ресурсы; 3) как наиболее эффективно их использовать. Приведены практические примеры эффективного использования ключевых ресурсов. В статье также изложены методические рекомендации для системы управления эффективного использования ключевых ресурсов. Также поднят вопрос о нематериальных активах как основного стратегического ресурса в новой экономике знаний.
