Abstract

Статья освещает базовые аспекты, механизмы и инструменты мониторинга инновационной деятельности естественных монополий, использование которых в современных условиях хозяйствования способствует росту инновационной активности естественной монополии. В статье делается акцент на необходимости совершенствования системы мониторинга реализации крупных инвестиционных проектов реализуемых естественными монополиями для обеспечения достижения максимального эффекта от использования инновационного продукта или услуги.
