Abstract

В данной статье рассмотрена одна из актуальных проблем современной экономики особенности инновационного развития корпораций в России. В статье исследуется деятельность российских корпораций в условиях перехода к инновационному развитию экономики (на примере корпорации «Ростех»). Рассматриваются экономический, юридический и социальный аспекты определения термина «корпорация». Раскрываются основные проблемы и тенденции инновационного развития российских корпораций в современных условиях хозяйствования. В современных условиях одним из важнейших институтов в развитии экономики выступает корпорация, а ключевым его фактором инновации. Инновации и инновационная деятельность позволяют промышленным корпорациям перейти на новый технологический уровень, однако для достижения успеха в конкуренции недостаточно обладать только технологическим превосходством, не менее важными являются инновации в управлении корпорацией.
