Abstract

Статья посвящена рассмотрению отдельных аспектов, влияющих на активизацию внутренних финансовых источников при формировании доходов государственных и муниципальных бюджетов с целью повышения их результативности и эффективности. Основное внимание уделяется совершенствованию финансового менеджмента государственного сектора экономики Российской Федерации и в том числе с учетом опыта реализации системы финансового менеджмента в государственном секторе развитых странах США, Австралии, Швеции, Великобритании.
