Abstract

В статье рассматриваются тенденции трудовой миграции в Российскую Федерацию. Проанализированы миграционные связи России за 1-й квартал 2014 и 2015 гг. Рассматриваются вопросы влияния усиливающихся миграционных потоков граждан Украины на состояние рынка рабочей силы России. Сторонники миграционной открытости считают, что усиление миграционных процессов один из путей решения демографической проблемы России и проблемы пополнения рынка рабочей силы. Их оппоненты полагают, что иммиграция создает избыточное предложение на рынке труда, позволяя работодателям постоянно снижать уровень оплаты труда и социальных гарантий, ухудшать условия труда.
