Abstract

Сегодня в мировой экономике и на финансовых рынках усиливаются процессы интеграции и взаимная зависимость. Кредитные организации в этих условиях призваны совершенствовать корпоративное управление, используя эффективные методы управления рисками в целях обеспечения устойчивости и развития. Призрачные перспективы в отношении развития как мировой, так российской экономики и процессы глобализации и либерализации финансовых рынков приводят к тому, что банки вынуждены менять направления деятельности и осваивать новые ветки бизнеса, принимая на себя тем самым дополнительные риски. В статье рассматриваются вопросы и проблемы формирования клиенто-ориентированной стратегии в банковском секторе в условиях возрастающих потребностей клиентов и необходимостью повышения эффективности деятельности и конкурентоспособности отечественных кредитных организаций.
