Нелегальная Миграция В Глобальном Мире: Масштабы, Последствия, Противодействие

Abstract

В статье проанализирован феномен нелегальной миграции, методологические сложности оценки ее масштабов, показана ее структурная непреодолимость в современном мире, а также экономико-политические последствия нелегальной миграции. Автором предложена методика оценки масштабов нелегальной миграции и приведена оценка ее масштабов в разных странах мира. Представлены рекомендации по совершенствованию государственной политики в области противодействия нелегальной миграции.
