Перспективы И Условия Восстановления Потенциала Инновационного Воспроизводственного Цикла

Abstract

В статье обоснована ведущая роль и значение инновационного воспроизводственного цикла в инновационном развитии экономики России. Выявлены «узкие места» в рамках всего инновационного цикла, показаны причины их формирования и возможные способы устранения. Отмечается существенность влияния каждого «узкого места» на потенциал всего инновационного цикла и необходимость устранения каждого «узкого места» для повышения потенциала цикла в целом. Показана последовательная совокупность мер по устранению причин возникновения «узких мест» в формате «дорожной карты».
