Abstract

Актуальность данной статьи обусловлена тем, что в настоящее время обстановка в России дополняется негативными последствиями рыночных преобразований в экономике, инициированными экономическими санкциями, которые были приняты против нашего государства. Ввиду этого, для эффективного финансирования расходов федерального бюджета на развитие транспортной инфраструктуры весьма актуальными являются вопросы, связанные с программно-целевым планированием.Целью исследования является обоснование пути повышения эффективности программно-целевого финансирования расходов федерального бюджета на развитие транспортной инфраструктуры. Результаты исследования будут способствовать решению насущных проблем в развитии транспортной инфраструктуры, высоких технологий и жилищной сферы.
