Abstract

Рассмотрены вопросым формирования инструментария эффективного управления финансово-экономической результативностью промышленных корпораций оборонно-промышленного комплекса России на примере авиационного предприятия. Предлагается использование системы сбалансированных показателей, позволяющей менеджменту корпораций разрабатывать адаптивные стратегии управления. Задача оптимизации финансирования производственной деятельности предприятия решается по критерию оптимизации удельной стоимости финансирования методом линейного программирования. Предложены экономико-математические модели оптимизации распределения объемов и сроков привлечения финансирования по интервалам планирования.
