Создание Региональных Аграрно-Промышленных Кластеров -Генеральное Направление Модернизации Аграрного Сектора Экономики России

Abstract

Сельскохозяйственное производство в России, даже совместно с лесным хозяйством и рыболовством, составляет лишь около 5% произведенных в стране ВВП и добавленной стоимости. Во всех развитых и наиболее интенсивно развивающихся станах мира происходит процесс синтеза научной, промышленной, экономической и социальной политики в форме инновационных кластеров. Россия также начала движение по этому пути в виде федерального проекта «Промышленно-аграрные региональные кластеры» (ПАРК). Первым российским много лет успешно работающим аграрно-промышленным кластером является объединение предприятий «МОРТАДЕЛЬ». Региональные аграрно-промышленные кластеры должны стать генеральным направлением модернизации аграрного сектора экономики России. С их помощью можно в кратчайшие сроки вывести АПК страны из затянувшегося системного кризиса.
