Abstract

Инновация это нововведение в области техники, технологии, организации труда или управления, обеспечивающее повышение эффективности. Сегодня инновационный процесс стал нелинейным. Главное в экономике, основанной на инновациях, не столько создать что-то новое, сколько продуктивно использовать эти инновации. В последние годы в отечественной инновационной политике возникли и продолжают развиваться современные инструменты этой политики, однако они не исчерпывают состав национальной инновационной системы. По многим показателям инновационной активности Россия значительно отстаёт от среднемирового уровня. В последнее время мощным средством инновационной деятельности стал краудсорсинг (передача задания большой группе людей в форме открытого предложения).
