Механизмы Инновационного Развития Вузов России

Abstract

В России созданы и начали работать государственные программы и проекты инновационного развития высших учебных заведений (вузов) России. Особую роль играет приоритетный национальный проект «Образование». Важной составной частью этой деятельности является государственная поддержка развития малого инновационного предпринимательства в науке и его взаимодействия с промышленным производством. Большое значение имеет принятие концепции национальных исследовательских университетов. Намечены меры по информационному обеспечению реализации программ и проектов, по совершенствованию нормативно-правовой базы научной, научно-технической и инновационной деятельности вузов. Удачным примером реализации государственной поддержки является опыт малого инновационного предпринимательства в Нижегородском государственном университете.
