Приватизация Предприятий Сферы Жилищнокоммунального Хозяйства: Механизм Приватизации, Способы Оценки Имущественного Комплекса

Abstract

В жилищно-коммунальном хозяйстве (ЖКХ) России управление собственностью осуществляется государственными и муниципальными унитарными предприятиями. В настоящее время большая часть этих предприятий находится на грани банкротства. Приватизация предприятий ЖКХ является инструментом формирования предпринимательской среды в этой сфере. Главной особенностью предложенного в статье подхода является поэлементная оценка имущества предприятия путем суммирования стоимости его частей. Разработана система действий вновь создаваемого предприятия ЖКХ, основанная на определении величины чистых активов по данным заключительной отчетности.
