Abstract

Несмотря на бодрые заявления политических деятелей о положительных сдвигах в условиях жизни граждан, в соответствии с докладом ВОЗ о состоянии здравоохранения в Европе, истинная картина их благосостояния в странах Восточной части региона, куда входит и Россия, остается далеко не благостной. В настоящее время страна охвачена эпидемией реформ во всех сферах жизни общества. Особенно злокачественный характер эпидемия реформирования носит в здравоохранении, явственно проявляя себя в тенденции ухода от конституционного права граждан на доступную, квалифицированную и бесплатную медицинскую помощь в сторону коммерческой медицины. Обосновывается необходимость объявления временного моратория на неэффективные реформы в здравоохранении.
