Возможности И Условия Перехода К Инновационной Экономике

Abstract

Рассматривается состояние экономики России и условия и проблемы ее перехода к инновационной экономике. Потенциал российской науки понес значительные потери при переходе к рыночным отношениям, а его восстановление с начала XXI века происходит медленно. Среди многочисленных проблем инфраструктурного, организационно-правового и управленческого характера существуют проблемы «внешнего окружения» инновационного сектора. Решение проблем инновационного развития должно учитывать как их многочисленные взаимосвязи, так и синхронность в реализации результатов.
