Abstract

Инновационное управление это интерактивная деятельность, построенная на системе прямых и обратных связей с объектом управления инновационным процессом. В настоящее время концепция инновационного управления находится в стадии разработки и становления, являясь еще не выделившейся частью стратегического управления. Для развития концепции инновационного управления на транспорте особую значимость имеют классический, эволюционный, поведенческий, институциональный, стратегический и предпринимательский подходы к изучению организации. Сформулированы ключевые ценности системы инновационного управления организацией на транспорте.
