Эмпирическое Исследование Взаимосвязи Удовлетворенности Трудовой Деятельностью С Карьерным Ростом

Abstract

Икледование взаимосвязи удовлетворенности трудовой деятельностью и карьерным ростом работника, занимающегося умственным трудом, проводилось для трех профессиональных групп юристов, экономистов и менеджеров. Исследование велось с использованием трех известных методов с их авторской корректировкой. Проанализированы корреляционные связи между исследуемыми параметрами с учетом личностных особенностей респондентов. Исследование выявило существенную значимость для потенциала карьерного роста центрированной составляющей. Факторный анализ показал, что по ролевой нагрузке компонентов в данной составляющей выделяется ценностно-смысловой компонент, который характеризуется осознанием текущих и перспективных задач, умением формулировать жизненные проблемы и видеть пути их решения.
