Abstract

Компетентностный подход в образовании это ориентация на обучаемость, самоопределение, социализацию и развитие индивидуальности. Одним из результатов образования должна быть способность применения полученных знаний при решении практических задач. Будущий специалисту должен иметь специальные теоретические знания и специфические личностные качества. Необходимо создание в регионах системы социального партнерства в виде цепочки «вуз работодатель студент органы исполнительной власти». Предложены пути взаимодействия высших учебных заведений и работодателей, названы способы и формы сотрудничества с бизнес-структурами.
