Abstract

Выбор целевых установок является одним из важнейших элементов системы планирования ресурсов. Особенностью стратегического планирования является разработка альтернативных версий будущего развития предприятия. Основные элементы цикла стратегического планирования ресурсов: анализ внешней и внутренней среды, формирование миссии организации, разработка долгосрочных целей, их конкретизация путем определения целей краткосрочных, анализ и выбор стратегии.
