Abstract

Одним из главных условий продолжения строительства железной дороги Курагино-Кызыл по трассе Кызыл Нарын Мурен Эрденет является экономическая целесообразность освоения месторождений Республики Тувы (Тывы) и Северо-Западной Монголии. В России на территории Южного макрорегиона Тывы расположен ряд крупных и средних месторождений полезных ископаемых. Инвестиционные вложения в разработку наиболее крупных месторождений могут быть вполне окупаемы, и в перспективе возможно создание на их базе горнопромышленного комплекса. Тем не менее, для развития в этом регионе горнопромышленного комплекса крайне необходимо участие государства, в том числе на условиях государственно-частного партнерства.
