Abstract

В статье рассматриваются актуальные вопросы эффективности деятельности саморегулируемых организаций арбитражных управляющих (СРО АУ) и арбитражных управляющих, играющих ключевую роль в законодательстве о банкротстве и финансовом оздоровлении российских предприятий. Несмотря на повышение требований предъявляемых к арбитражным управляющим, профессионализм и качество их работы остается невысоким, количество административных правонарушений не снижается. В статье рассматриваются различные подходы по формированию рейтинговой оценки деятельности СРО АУ и соответствующие показатели для осуществления этой оценки.
