Особенности Формирования Кластеров В Наноиндустрии Рф

Abstract

Инновационное развитие российской экономики в современных условиях должно опираться на развитие передовых нанотехнологий. Становление наноиндустрии в России требует оптимальной организации, развития сетевого взаимодействия, поиска новых форм интеграции предприятий основного и вспомогательного производств. В статье раскрываются особенности формирования наноиндустрии в России, определяется значение проведения кластерной политики в этой сфере. Разработаны критерии идентификации наноиндустриальных кластеров на основе базовых нанотехнологий и номенклатуры конечной продукции. Предложен подход к анализу кластерного взаимодействия и определению границ кластера на основе различия системного и квазисистемного кластерного взаимодействия.
