Оценка Результативности Реализации Стратегии Инновационного Развития Производственно-Экономических Систем

Abstract

В рамках реализации методики оценки результативности стратегии инновационного развития производственно-экономических систем (ПЭС) разработана имитационная модель взаимовлияния факторных признаков, которая позволила оценить воздействие основных рычагов и индикаторов на общий уровень инновационной деятельности (ИД) ПЭС и выполнить оценку результативности отдельных его составляющих. Как показали расчеты сценарного моделирования, оптимальным является сценарий, обеспечивающий повышение инновационной активности ПЭС. Мероприятия данного сценария, в частности модернизация технологических процессов, создание собственного подразделения НИР, освоение нового оборудования, переход на новые стандарты GMP, значительно повышают уровень ИД и, соответственно, они должны быть реализованы в первую очередь в общей системе управления ИД ПЭС. В результате обеспечивается не только рост уровня ИД исследуемой ПЭС, но повышается общий уровень ИД отрасли.
