Рекомендации По Организации Системы Когерентно-Интегрированного Учета И Отчетности В Агропромышленных Холдингах

Abstract

В статье представлено обоснование актуальности единого согласованного раскрытия финансовой, управленческой и нефинансовой (прочей) информации в отчетности агропромышленных холдингов, обозначены цели, задачи формирования системы когерентно-интегрированного учета и отчетности. Разработаны терминология и понятийный аппарат: «когерентность учета», «система когерентно-интегрированной отчетности». Представлена схема структуры системы когерентно-интегрированной отчетности агропромышленных холдингов. Для эффективной организации отдела когерентно-интегрированного учета предложен алгоритм действий менеджмента по организации системы когерентно-интегрированного учета и отчетности (этапы и подэтапы организации), автором рекомендованы мероприятия (организационно-технические операции) по формированию «второго» когерентно-интегрированного отчета.
