Доходность Пенсионных Накоплений В России: Сравнительный Анализ

Abstract

На основе сравнительного анализа автор приходит к выводу, что доходность пенсионных накоплений в 2005-2011 гг. была адекватна состоянию российских и международных финансовых рынков. Основной проблемой инвестирования пенсионных средств в России является высокая инфляция и отрицательные в реальном выражении процентные ставки, а не низкое качество управления или нормативные ограничения по структуре вложений. Автор не поддерживает идею вложения пенсионных средств в инфраструктурные проекты.
