Abstract

Обосновывается целесообразность введения критерия сельскохозяйственной активности и ее пороговых значений при реализации мер структурной политики по отношению к сектору малых форм хозяйствования. Конкретизированы экономическая природа, потенциал и роль личных подсобных хозяйств в аграрной сфере страны. Осуществлена экспликация понятия «крестьянско-потребительский уклад».
