Abstract

На основе анализа проблематики построения системы стратегического управления вузом предложена высокоуровневая архитектура системы поддержки принятия решений. Обосновано использование управляемого онтологией подхода к разработке подобных систем. Приведен пример использования описанного подхода к созданию системы управления публикационной активностью сотрудников образовательного учреждения.
