Abstract

Продовольственная безопасность является одной из ключевых проблем в системе национальной безопасности России. В статье рассматривается аграрная политика как составная часть экономической политики государства в сфере сельского хозяйства и агропромышленного производства, направленная на обеспечение продовольственной безопасности и сохранение ресурсного потенциала АПК. Уровень продовольственной безопасности оценивается по таким критериям, как самообеспеченность страны продовольствием, экономическая и физическая доступность и безопасность продовольственной продукции.
